On April 29, 2015, the Town of Winchendon ("Town") filed with the Department of Public Utilities ("Department") a petition seeking approval of a municipal aggregation plan ("Plan"). The Department docketed this petition as D.P.U. 15-19.

This is interesting. I'm scheduled to have solar come in to do a feasibility analysis next week. I'm wondering now if I should wait to see what this is all about and what rates residents would get.
